I was born and bred in Hawkes Bay Farm, NZ.

In early 2003 Maxine and I embarked on a journey into real estate, purchasing our very first rental property.

Looking back, the memory of those initial steps remains vivid— the anxiety of hunting for properties, the nerve-wracking negotiations, and the cautious submission of offers.

Only to find that after securing that first property, the next challenge loomed – finding a property manager.

Completely clueless once again, we embarked on the daunting task of interviewing potential candidates.

However, we found ourselves at odds with the property managers we had entrusted.

It became apparent that the level of service we anticipated, one that would
maximize our rental returns and maintain our property to our high standards, was not being met.

Years have passed and our experience accumulated.

The property management landscape has evolved significantly since then.
